Pomeroy is Hiring a Field Technician Near Scarborough, ME
Our client located in Scarborough, ME is looking for Level 1 Field Technician to join their team for a 6-month contract that could be extended. Max pay for this position is $21 per hour.
This person will be responsible for the following:
- Work on newly completed floors assisting associates
- Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue
- Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers
- Documenting any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error
- Creating and resolving Service Now tickets for the workorder they are completing
- Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor
- Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment
- Assist users with device connectivity
Required Skills:
- 1 year of Deskside Support experience
- High level proficiency using Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Chrome
- Must have hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal skills to work with customers
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Scarborough, ME: Relocate before starting work (Required)
